Post- Master's Human Resources Management Certificate
M.S.W. students are eligible to enroll in a joint program with the School of Business leading to a certificate in Human Resources Management that requires only nine additional credits beyond the M.S.W. degree.
The certificate program is a total of fifteen credits. Six of the credits, one social work and one business course, count toward the M.S.W. degree. In their final year of M.S.W. study, students enroll in SWK 722 and in HRM 765 which takes the place of one social work elective. The remaining nine credits in the School of Business are taken after completing the M.S.W. degree.
A separate application is required. For more information, contact Marcia Edwards, coordinator of graduate admissions at 516.877.4384 or edwards2@adelphi.edu. |
