SWK 853: Advanced Research Topics 3 credits The focus of this seminar is on implementing the research proposal, including pretesting measuring instruments; selecting and securing the cooperation of a sample; the preparation of a data collection package; the collection of data, analysis, presentation, and interpretation of data; and the writing of a dissertation. Students will work on their own individual projects. The instructor discusses general issues of proposal implementation and will provide feedback to students regarding their individual implementation efforts.
