SWK 741: Child Abuse And Neglect 3 credits This course provides an overview of the social problem of child abuse and neglect. A multi-systemic approach to the recognition, understanding and amelioration of child maltreatment is offered. Various models of prevention and intervention services for abused and neglected children and their families are explored.
