Graduate students at Adelphi's Hudson Valley Center walk in support of CASADA.

Graduate students at Adelphi University’s School of Social Work Hudson Valley Center are leading the fight against sexual and domestic abuse one step at a time.

Every year the Adelphi University Graduate Student Association (GSA) votes on a local charity to support, and this year CASADA (Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Abuse) won. Past winners included Astor Headstart, Family Services Emergency Food Pantry and Grace Smith House.
